We offer 3 delivery options:

1. Delivery to your chosen home address
2. Delivery to one of our sales points
3. Delivery to a PostNL or DHL pick-up point

ShoeStories sends all packages destined for the Netherlands via PostNL. We use DHL for the other countries. We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Delivery is always free. Deliveries take place on Tuesday through Saturday. We ship all over Europe except UK, Ireland and Denmark.Please note that if we deliver the package to a country where they charge customs duties, these costs are always at your own expense.
